Confirmed Booking: The hirer will be notified in writing if the application is approved. Payment for confirmed bookings must be received by the agreed due date as written on the invoice or the booking is seen as cancelled by the hirer. For first time bookers the payment due date will be the same as the invoice date. Regular hirer can negotiate terms. Cancellation fees will apply.

That if any of the above conditions are breached, this hire agreement may be immediately terminated, and/or it may impact on any future application to use the creative space 99 facilities.
